Christopher T. Braswell is President of TM2 Education Search. Christopher has over twenty years’ experience partnering with organizations in talent management, executive search, and leadership development. In his current role at TM2 Education Search, he is responsible for leading the efforts to help build and develop sustainable leadership and boards for the Black College Community. The Thurgood Marshall College Fund founded TM2 in a continuing effort to support the needs of the Black Colleges. Previously, he was a founding partner of the firm Talent Bridge, where he managed the Executive Search Practice, Career Services Division, and Diversity Talent Practice. His primary responsibility was to collaborate with local, regional, and national organizations in helping them to identify, attract, and hire top talent with a focus on minority leaders. The relationships he has established with key senior leaders have equipped him an in-depth understanding of the caliber of individuals organizations are seeking, what it takes to manage a career and excel as a top tier candidate, and how to develop individuals into the high demand candidate of choice.
Christopher is a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has been featured in the Charlotte Business Journal “People on the Move”; and has been a featured presenter for several organizations including: “Kendall Konnections”; Belk “Pace-Setters” and “Black Employee Resource Group”; the National Black MBA Association; The National Association of Black Accountants; INROADS; The John Leary Bar Association; and The National Association of African Americans in Human Resources. Christopher is a former officer on the board of the Charlotte Chapter of NAAAHR and currently is an Advisor for the School of Business at Johnson C. Smith University.
Christopher is married, with two sons and lives in Marvin, NC. He enjoys spending time with family, playing golf and being an active member of the community.
