Lt Col Brian McCollough
Lt Col Brian S. McCullough is the Maintenance Squadron Commander for the 145th Airlift Wing, North Carolina Air National Guard, Charlotte, NC. He serves as the principal advisor to the Aircraft Maintenance Group Commander, supervisors, and staff on all operations affecting aircraft generation capability. He enforces compliance with maintenance management policies and technical/occupational health and safety guidance and implements corrective actions to ensure wartime mission readiness and operational efficiency.
A native of Winston-Salem, NC; Brian attended Appalachian State University, earning degrees in Mathematics and Healthcare Management. He received a United States Air Force Commission, as a 2nd Lieutenant, in 2001. He joined the North Carolina Air National Guard in 1994 as a Communication Navigational System Journeyman and has served as Officer in Charge, Aircraft Maintenance Officer, Aircraft Maintenance Operations Officer, and Aircraft Maintenance Officer Liaison, and Security Forces Squadron Commander. Involved in his community, he currently serves on the Advisory Board for Phillip O. Berry High School and Appalachian State University’s Scholarship Selection Committee. Brian is married with three children.
