Osyris Uqoezwa is President of B&C International. Headquartered in High Point, NC, B&C International is the oldest minority global business management consulting firm in the country. As President, Osyris has led a successful expansion of services, raised the
executive team talent while driving the firm’s strategic plan and vision.
Prior to joining B&C International in 2010, he served as CEO of The Raw Choice, a health food company that processed, packaged and promoted natural and healthy organic products. Osyris founded The Raw Choice in 2004, which became the largest minority provider of organic dried fruits and super foods to Health Food stores nationwide, including chains such as Whole Foods Market, Hannaford and Trader Joe’s. In 2010 he sold The Raw Choice to a national food distribution company. Prior to that position, Osyris joined Excel Personal Development, a mental health services firm, in 2001 as Vice President, growing the company from 6 to 400 employees in just three years.
Through his myriad of successful business ventures, Osyris has been recognized for his extensive business experience in expanding US imports and has advised US companies on expanding markets, investments and international business relationships. His accomplishments have been featured in several national magazines including Black Enterprise Magazine, Prevention and Businessweek. Osyris Uqoezwa also holds three degrees from North Carolina Central University. He currently resides in Charlotte, NC and
serves on the Board of Trustees for Winston Salem State University.
